I was shocked to learn that the new mall being built at Highway 6 and 15th Street has significantly limited entry and exit options for both vehicle traffic and commercial delivery truck traffic. There are only two vehicle accesses to the mall site, one at 15th Street and 14th Avenue, and the other at the end of the cul-de-sac on 17th Street. The access from 17th is a simple driveway access.
