Letter: $70 million for an upgrade of Grand Avenue?

As a businessman who has a business on Grand Avenue, I don’t believe we really need five roundabouts and four lanes to go to Gypsum and back to the interstate just for show and tell. If they don’t like our businesses the way they look, they should put in a tunnel. Sidewalks and trees in front of a gas station are not safe for the public or anybody who uses it.
