Next to Eco Park Minamata in Minamata City, there is a small hill. It's in an area called "Myojin." At the entrance, there's a sign that reads "Learning Hill." What could it be? Upon reaching the top, a building with a white cylindrical structure protruding from it catches the eye. It was built in January 1993.
