NDLEA arrests bizmen, destroys 13,198 kilograms of skunk in Edo forests
- The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency arrested Arokodare Ebenezer for allegedly importing 60 parcels of Loud cannabis from the United States, with a total drug seizure of 32.24 kilograms at his home.
- The NDLEA also intercepted Omoruyi Terry at Murtala Muhammed International Airport while attempting to export 1,400 pills of tramadol to Italy.
- Between March 24 and March 28, the NDLEA destroyed 13,198 kilograms of cannabis sativa in Edo forests and evacuated 158 kilograms for prosecution purposes.
- In separate operations, four suspects were arrested in Katsina with 423 kilograms of compressed skunk and 86,000 diazepam pills, while others were apprehended in Niger State with additional drug seizures.
