Leinster to begin 2026/27 URC season in South Africa

- The 1872 Cup returns to Scottish venues, with Edinburgh and Glasgow Warriors meeting at Scottish Gas Murrayfield on Sunday, December 27, then Hampden Park on April 24.
- URC CEO Martin Anayi noted that every round impacts play-off spots and European qualification, with the season concluding at the Grand Final on June 19, 2027.
