Legacy transferred to its own account, clients cheated: lawyer sentenced – now the chamber is examining the admission

A lawyer from Wildeshausen has failed in his review of a judgment of the District Court of Oldenburg before the Federal Court of Justice. He has been sentenced to a prison sentence of 22 months on probation. Further proceedings are pending against the man. The Bar Association of Oldenburg had announced that in case of a conviction the lawyer would be deprived of admission.
