Le Sereno unveils next chapter in St Barthélemy
The redesign adds new gardens, a signature waterfront suite and a beach club as owners Luis and Angelica Contreras aim to deepen privacy and outdoor living.
On November 16, 2026, the intimate waterfront hotel Le Sereno will reopen in St. Barthélemy following a three-year transformation project personally led by owners Luis and Angelica Contreras.
Owners Luis and Angelica Contreras aimed to express a new level of maturity through integrated tropical gardens and redesigned architecture. Luis Contreras said, "This transformation was never about changing its identity."
New additions include the 230-square-metre Suite des Pêcheurs, a private waterfront retreat, and the new beach club BOKAO, which complements the existing Al Mare restaurant with relaxed, barefoot-style dining.
Service and wellness remain priorities, with Spa Le Sereno offering restorative treatments using Valmont products in intimate, beachfront pavilions while maintaining the hotel's Italian culinary focus through Al Mare.
Rates for the upcoming season start from 1,550 EUR and reach up to 18,600 EUR, positioning the property as an exclusive destination as it welcomes guests for the season.
