LD21 incumbent Stahl Hamilton loses in primary

State Rep. Consuelo Hernandez will be joined by fellow Democrat Miranda Lopez in the General Election for LD21 House seat. Lopez defeated incumbent Stephanie Stahl Hamilton, 8,677 to 8,395. Maritza Higuera finished fourth with 6,976 votes.
