"Abortion" in Oleśnica. Lawyers: It's a crime

Several police units were mobilized on the morning of Sunday 13 April in Chemin-Grenier, where a fetus was found buried in a field of canes, not far from the "Farmers Service Centre". This discovery was made after a young couple drove the police to the place in question. According to the first information, a 17-year-old girl gave birth at her home, before the fetus was placed in a grave.

"The intentional killing of a fetus capable of living outside the mother's body is a crime," the lawyer stressed.

The lawyers made this statement in response to a media-reported case of abortion in the late stages of pregnancy.
