Lawsuit seeks ballot removal of Pulaski County candidate previously deemed ineligible for office | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

A trio of Pulaski County voters filed a lawsuit Tuesday seeking to keep Kristina Gulley of North Little Rock out of the upcoming Quorum Court primary, more than three years after she was found to be constitutionally ineligible to hold public office due to her "infamous crimes" of writing hot checks.
