Lawsuit claims US civil rights agency has halted all federal-sector class complaints
The suit says the agency paused federal class complaints without explanation, leaving a certified harassment case involving at least 182 women on hold.

- Plaintiffs' attorneys report at least five other stalled class complaints, including cases against the FBI and Department of Defense, while women remain at risk of ongoing harassment during the seven months the case has been halted.
- Joseph Sellers, co-chair of Cohen Milstein Sellers and Toll, called the suspension an attempt to "undermine the ability of employees to protect rights," citing the agency's failure to provide explanation for the blanket policy.
