Law and Order: Palmyra woman accused of breaking into residence, locking out tenant

Gebo is accused of refusing to leave an apartment on East Main Street, locking the tenant out, damaging property inside, and repeatedly calling 911 without legitimate reason. She was arraigned in CAP Court.
