SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – A Scottsville woman is charged with drug offenses following a traffic stop. The Scottsville Police Department, assisted by the South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force, executed a traffic stop on a car for a traffic-related offense on Thursday.
