The Audiencia Nacional has decided to exonerate the former president of the Generalitat Jordi Pujol from the trial for the hidden fortune of the family in Andorra. After submitting him this Monday to a new forensic examination, the chamber that presides Ricardo de Prada has concluded that he is not in a position to declare or face the criminal proceedings.
The former president has been screened by judicial forensics at the National High Court.
