Lane restrictions now in effect on Rossland Road in Oshawa

Lane restrictions start Friday on Rossland Road (Regional Road 28) in Oshawa. Road resurfacing work will take place from the Oshawa Creek Bridge to west of Carnegie Avenue. The region says the work should be completed by October 3, weather depending. Drivers are being asked to exercise caution in the area for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews.
