A Sulcata turtle was lost in Taichung City a few days ago. A kind-hearted citizen put it in a rice bag and released it into a drainage ditch. The owner found it and it was saved from tragedy. "Not all turtles can swim!" The Taichung City Agriculture Bureau reminds people that if they see a turtle on the road and find that its toes do not have webbed feet, it is likely to be a lost land turtle. Do not put it into the water to avoid drowning.
