WestJet has confirmed that it will not proceed with a Calgary-LaGuardia route it was planning for summer – despite announcing the service in January. An airline spokesperson told PAX that WestJet will provide alternative options to impacted customers. The airline is also suspending service between Edmonton and Orlando, Edmonton and Montreal, as well as Montreal and Winnipeg from its summer 2025 schedule.
