Cauayan City – The construction of a new building as a Multi-Purpose Building in Brgy. Minante 2, Cauayan City is still not progressing due to the lack of land title in the area. In an interview with the IFM News Team, Saturnino Aggarao, the captain of the aforementioned Barangay, said that the case of two families who claim to own the land where the aforementioned barangay hall and community center stand is currently being heard in court.
