Shillong, July 18: Laban Municipal Market at Iewdak was opened on Saturday (July 18) by local MLA and cabinet minister Sanbor Shullai. Constructed at the cost of Rs 14, 27,50,000 crore from the NEC, the new market complex has varied facilities. The foundation stone for the project was laid in 2022.
