LA28 offers early ticket lottery to local residents with 1 million $28 seats and about one-third under $100 of 14 million tickets available, aiming for affordability and inclusion.
- Starting today, sports fans worldwide can register for the LA28 Ticket Draw, which offers 14 million Olympic tickets across multiple purchase drops.
- Following registration, LA28 will use a lottery to assign purchase time slots, and residents of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, Ventura, San Bernardino, Oklahoma, Canadian and Cleveland counties will be entered into a locals presale April 2–6, 2026.
- LA28 guaranteed low-cost options including one million tickets at $28 and roughly one-third under $100, while hospitality packages from On Location and ticketing by AXS and EVENTIM will be offered.
- Time-Slot notifications run March 31–April 7 and Drop 1 purchases occur April 9–19, 2026, with fans allowed to buy up to 12 tickets and unused allocations re-entering subsequent draws.
- LA28 framed the ticket effort as a push for affordability and community access, launching fundraising with local sports teams, philanthropists and partners to fund free tickets for local distribution.
