La Crosse’s Board of Public Works approved the design for new ADA compliant bubblers. The design is in line with the ones currently found throughout the city, said Water Superintendent Derek Greebon. “The main body was digitally scanned and recreated and sent it to a lab that scanned everything-all the parts to it, put it into their system, and then added an ADA arm that mimics the ornate features of the bubblers that are out there now.”
