‘Jeopardy!’: Kylie Kelce Reacts to Contestants Not Guessing Her on Game Show
Kylie Kelce said she likes that viewers failed to recognize her after Jeopardy! used a clue about her podcast and Taylor Swift link.
On April 28, Jeopardy contestants Greg Shahade, Alice Jiang, and Chris Argento failed to identify Kylie Kelce when host Ken Jennings presented a clue featuring her picture and the podcast Not Gonna Lie, creating a Triple Stumper.
Addressing the Triple Stumper on her podcast, Not Gonna Lie, Kylie expressed amusement that the contestants—including Philadelphia native Shahade—did not recognize her despite her prominence among Philadelphians and Swifties.
Growing up in a household that watched Jeopardy and Wheel nightly, Kylie noted her father was "very excited to see," frantically sharing the moment with her when he saw the episode.
"Nobody knew it, and that is how I like it!" Kylie said, laughing about the oversight. She emphasized preferring privacy, stating, "People shouldn't know who I am."
The clue referenced her status as future sister-in-law of Taylor Swift, who is engaged to Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, a relationship that significantly amplified the family's public prominence.
