The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested IAS officer Gyanendra Kumar and middleman Basavaraj Kannale in the KPSC veterinary officer recruitment scam. Both have been detained for not cooperating with the investigation and are being questioned at the ED office. On the other hand, CID officials are also questioning KPSC member Shantha Hosamani.
