On Friday evening, Klaipėda was hit by heavy rain, and many streets became impassable due to water. Klaipėda residents began sharing images captured after the heavy rain on social media. “In 20 minutes. Klaipėda merges with the sea,” wrote one Internet user in a social network group. Severely flooded streets are reported on Taikos and Baltijos pr., as well as other streets in the city.
