Michael Wayne Haynes, 41 of Kingston, was arrested this week after reports said he threatened a US Postal Service employee. Reports said that Haynes told the victim on a recorded line that he was going to “go directly to the post officer and bust some heads.” He also told the victim, “I’m gonna freaking put them in the ground.
