JUL 29 – Skims expands its shapewear line with a $48 face wrap designed to shape the jaw and cheeks overnight, inspired by a 1992 film and currently sold out online.
- Entrepreneur Kim Kardashian’s Skims introduced The Ultimate Face, its first face shapewear, priced at $48, on Tuesday, July 29, 2025.
- According to Skims' release schedule, the brand launched The Ultimate Butt Collection on February 11, 2025, and the face wrap is its first beauty product since acquiring Skkn by Kim earlier this year.
- Designed to sculpt facial contours, the wrap features velcro closures on the head and neck, is made of signature sculpting fabric infused with collagen yarns, and comes in clay and cocoa.
- Facial plastic surgeon Dr. Joel Kopelman told Yahoo Life that alleged benefits are unproven and improvements are temporary, disappearing once the device is removed.
- Building on its rapid growth, Skims reached a $4 billion valuation, opened a Fifth Avenue flagship, and is pending a NikeSkims collaboration.
