Killona church plans Juneteenth Family Day, aims to celebrate history, community

June 20 will mark the first of what organizers hope will be a strong community celebration for years to come as Canaan Baptist Church holds its inaugural Juneteenth Family Day.  The event will take place from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Killona Community Park.
