- The PV5 offers a standard 51.5kWh battery with up to 181 miles range and a long-range 71.2kWh battery extending range to 247 miles with reduced payload.
- Kia states that both batteries can recharge from 10% to 80% in under 30 minutes using a 150kW charger, supporting fast 400V charging across all models.
- The PV5 launch supports Kia's Platform Beyond Vehicle business and will reach additional markets and new models like the PV7 by 2027, targeting commercial fleet use including Uber.
