On March 21st, 2025 IER’s Vice President of Policy Kenny Stein provided testimony during a hearing hosted by Pennsylvania’s House Republican Policy Committee titled “Stopping New Energy Taxes” which sought to analyze unfavorable energy policies and how they negatively impact consumers and businesses, and drive investments outside of Pennsylvania.
