- Since departing Monterey on May 21, Pfendler raised more than $180,000 through her Spotfund campaign to support the Whale Foundation and inspire women to embrace their strength.
- Pfendler surpassed the men's record of 52 days by completing the trip in 43 days, which also shattered the previous women's record of 86 days, per Ocean Rowing Society International.
- Supporters cheered the arrival, with Robert Hoffman noting, "People should really give a lot of respect to a woman that can do that." The Whale Foundation received more than $30,000 in donations.
- Before arriving, Pfendler reflected on the mental discipline required, telling followers, "If any part of this made at least one person feel a little bit more powerful in their own skin, I couldn't ask for anything else." She plans to rest and celebrate her birthday.
