A man was shot inside of his apartment during a robbery and was hospitalized Friday night, according to the Keizer Police Department.

A 20-year-old Keizer man was shot on Friday, Oct. 24, in a northeast Keizer neighborhood. The victim was hospitalized but was expected to survive, according to Lt. Trevor Wenning of the Keizer Police Department. The shooting was reported about 9:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of Northeast McGee Court, an area of apartment and retirement complexes east of River Road.
