Heavy Rains Cause Chaos in Berks County for Second Day

LANCASTER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, JUL 1 – Severe thunderstorms caused 3 to 5 inches of rain leading to multiple water rescues, flooded roads, and power outages during a rare flash flood emergency, National Weather Service said.
