Kau Kau goes from Portland pop-up to brick-and-mortar eatery

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Portland's outstanding Hawaiian food scene has gained another contender. Serving up classics like kalua pork, garlic shrimp and loco moco, the pop-up restaurant turned brick-and-mortar "Kau Kau" has gained a cult following for their authentic family recipes.
