Kathleen Greer “Kathy” Horton, 80, of Bellefontaine, passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, in The Campbell Place, Bellefontaine. She was born in Vallejo, California on April 27, 1945, the daughter of the late Dorothy May Bible. On January 11, 1968, she married John R. Horton, and he survives in Bellefontaine.
