The Turkish Basketball Federation (TBF) lifted the transfer ban on Karşıyaka, a team in the Turkish Insurance Basketball Super League, after the club paid the outstanding salaries of its players and coaches. The club announced that the player debts owed to the TBF had been settled and thanked Samet Geyik and Ozan Yılmaz.
Having paid off its debts to 8 players and 5 coaches, Karşıyaka now has no obstacles left to register its new signing.
