- Dharma Productions confirmed it has acquired Cornerstone's stake and relaunched the business as Dharma Collab Artists Agency, positioning DCAA to operate across film, music, sports, digital media and live entertainment.
- Following media reports last week, tensions rose after Serene Productions bought 50% of Dharma earlier this year via a 1,000 crore investment, prompting organizational changes, reports said.
- Uday Singh Gauri will lead DCAA as CEO, with Rajeev Masand as COO, bringing two decades of Gauri's experience in Asian talent management and entertainment.
- DCAA will serve as Dharma Productions' exclusive artist-representation platform, supporting artists across film, music, sports, live experiences and culture in a deliberate, long-term move, Apoorva Mehta said.
- Cornerstone's leader Bunty Sajdeh is expected to continue independently as Dharma reshapes its talent arm, while DCAA's roster includes Janhvi Kapoor, Ananya Panday, and Disha Patani.
