Justin Rose Begins New Partnership With McLaren Golf

On Monday, Justin Rose announced a partnership with McLaren Golf, joining as the brand's first ambassador and investor, and will debut the new equipment this week at the PGA Tour's Cadillac Championship at Trump Doral.
The partnership stems from a long-standing relationship with Zak Brown, CEO of McLaren Racing; Rose also plays golf with Lando Norris, McLaren Mastercard F1 driver, and called the collaboration a "passion project" he helped shape.
Rose is expected to game a set of McLaren Series 1 irons 5-P with a Series 3 4-iron; he currently leads the PGA Tour in greens in regulation and ranks seventh in Strokes Gained: Approach.
McLaren Golf will officially launch on Wednesday, April 29, at the Cadillac Championship, an event being conducted concurrently with Formula 1's Miami Championship.
Seven years after moving from TaylorMade to Honma, the former Open champion returns to a manufacturer partnership; Rose has spent recent years as an equipment free agent playing a blend of clubs from various brands.
