The justice system has agreed to keep the euthanasia of Noelia, the 24-year-old girl affected by a paraplegia, paralysed until there is a final judgment on this case. This was decided by the judge of the 12th contentious court in Barcelona in an investigation, in which she rejects the Generalitat’s request for euthanasia to apply to Noelia, and maintains the precautionary measures that paralyze the young woman’s request to end her life.
