Justice Handed Down an 18-Year Sentence for “Joker”

Justice ruled on Friday an 18-year sentence to be served in the San Pedro de La Paz prison for Manuel Alejandro Zambrana Rioja, who, disguised as Joker, killed Joseph Emmanuel M. (21 years), on April 13, 2025, near a discotheque in the Sopocachi area.
