[Uruma] On October 13th, students from the Food Science Department of Chubu Agricultural and Forestry High School distilled shochu using yam grown in Uruma City. Hideki Okuma of Sakimoto Sake Brewery tasted the shochu and evaluated it. They completed a yam shochu called "Daijogu," which stands out for its aroma and sweetness, and sold it at the "Nakano Market" held at the school on the 17th.
