Julian Smilowitz, former Fullerton football coach, passes away

Julian Smilowitz, who was the Fullerton High football coach for nine seasons, died June 13. He was 72. The cause of death has not been publicized. Smilowitz was Fullerton’s head coach from 2004 to 2012. He was a three-sport standout at Neff High in La Mirada and played football at Brigham Young University.
