Judge says paperless system has gone better than expected so far

N.C. Superior Court Judge Timothy Wilson is satisfied with an internet-based system that recently went live in the Twin Counties to make court documents and records available online and to make the judicial system paperless.

Paperless Bills remain as Opt-In Service

WV (WOAY) – The West Virginia Public Service Commission has told West Virginia American Water that customers can not be forced to pay bills online. The company had proposed that customers with an email address or mobile number on file be automatically enrolled for paperless billing.
