A judge is being asked to approve a $200,000 settlement on behalf of a 14-year-old boy who said he was picked up by a 220-pound school aide and slammed to the blacktop in 2022. The plaintiff was 10 years old at the time and weighed 75 pounds, according to the Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit filed on his behalf by his father in March 2024.
