The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating Tuesday after a man was found dead in the middle of a Westside road.JSO said that, around 3:45 a.m., JSO patrol officers responded to the 5600 block of Wesconnect Boulevard to help JFRD with a person who was found unresponsive on the road.
