Prague - Josef Čapek's rediscovered painting Flowering Meadow from 1937 was sold for 16.32 million crowns at the Kodl Gallery auction today. Terezie Kaslová informed ČTK about this on behalf of the Kodl Gallery. The work thus became Čapek's third most expensive painting sold at auction in the Czech Republic.
