JONES COUNTY, Miss. (WHLT) - The Jones County Board of Supervisors voted on Monday to remove the kratom ordinance. According to Jones County Board Attorney Danielle Ashley, the Board voted to remove the ordinance after the Mississippi Legislature passed House Bill 1077.
