CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — A Johnstown man is facing charges after he allegedly threatened to kill a woman and then kicked her dog. Raymond Collins, 39, was charged after officers with the West Hills Regional Police Department were called to a residence on Virginia Avenue for a report of a shooting threat.
