Johma recalls salads with possible copper particles

Salad maker Johma is recalling a salad because it may contain copper particles. It concerns the 175 gram farmer's salad with the best-before dates of 11 and 18 December 2024. According to Johma, the copper particles with a diameter of 0.16 millimeters and a length between 0.01 and 2 centimeters may be in a raw material from a supplier. Supermarket Jumbo is removing three types of salads from its own brand from its shelves because they may contain metal particles. The varieties in question are cucumber, chicken gyros and celery. Jumbo is warning customers who have the products in their home not to eat them and to return them to the supermarket.
