Joe Fred “Freddie” Short, age 61, of Tompkinsville, Ky., entered his eternal home on April 24, 2025. He was born in Tompkinsville, Kentucky on July 26, 1963, to the late Alton & Ella (Abney) Short. He married Louise (Vibbert) Short on March 17, 1997, who survives. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and uncle.
