Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) on Friday signed a loan agreement with the Centre to provide Japanese loan amounting to JPY 52,036 million (approximately Rs 3,717 crore) for the development of Namma Metro’s Phase 2 (R6, 2A and 2B).
